6. Order Process
An offer to purchase our stock is made when you place your order for our products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer.

7. Payment Options
You can pay for your order securely online by Visa, Mastercard or Afterpay Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order providing you have entered a valid email address). This is an order acceptance, and the creation of the contract between you and us that will take place on the dispatch to you by us, of the goods and order invoice.
8. Delivery & Freight
Orders will be despatched within two (2) working days of confirming your purchase for delivery within New Zealand and within five working days for delivery within Australia. Once the item(s) leave our warehouse, respective courier terms and conditions apply.
All freight charges are inclusive of GST. Freight charges to addresses within New Zealand are a flat rate of $10.00NZD. A flat freight fee of $30.00NZD applies to all deliveries to Australia.
All deliveries will come in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges - $10.00NZD.
9. Returns Policy
Please note that all sales are final unless the goods purchased are faulty or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not accept returned goods for a refund for change of mind. As per New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantee Act 1993, you will be entitled to the repair, replacement and (if item cannot be repaired or replaced) a refund. Contact must be made within a reasonable timeframe of 21 days after purchase date. All sale and reduced items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

11. Sales & Promotions
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period or at the discretion of the seller (Baksana Online). Sales & Promotions will not be used in conjunction with any other Sale or Promotion unless otherwise stated. Promotional Codes will only be applied to full price items and will not be applicable in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes are for Baksana's distribution only and unauthorised sharing is prohibited. All promotional codes are only valid for time period stated. Any discounts from promotional codes can only be applied at time of purchase and will not be valid for redemption once the purchase has been made. Products excluded from Sales and Promotions include but are not limited to Gift Vouchers, Towel value sets, Sheet value sets and already reduced items. Please note, sale and/or promotional items are priced for our website only. Baksana retail stores may have different prices which cannot be changed to reflect the online price in store.
